and will continue to get. And, they're also designed to consume 100% of
the people's time working at them-There is no time (or is it priority?)
for improvement! Besides, no one ever seems to put "culture change" on
their "To do" list.
How can quality professionals and their management teams become more effective in their pursuit of needed organizational change initiatives and develop the needed respect for their role?
