Quality Professionals as Change Agents.

Being an internal change agent is a thankless task. People's jobs are currently perfectly designed to get the results they're already getting... and will continue to get. And, they're also designed to consume 100% of the people's time working at them-There is no time (or is it priority?) for improvement! Besides, no one ever seems to put "culture change" on their "To do" list. How can quality professionals and their management teams become more effective in their pursuit of needed organizational change initiatives and develop the needed respect for their role?

This is designed either for an audience of quality professionals (presented as a seminar) or a management team committed to an organizational quality transformation (presented as a retreat).

The goals are:

  • For a quality professional be able to articulate the necessity and skills of changing oneself to become a more effective change agent.
  • For all participants to learn a simple, practical model for applying Emotional Intelligence to leverage culture change.
  • To learn how to perform a "cultural audit" to achieve better alignment for attaining key organizational results
